At Bee Hive Homes of North Idaho the commitment to service begins with its owners, Gary and Linda Ghramm and David and Teri Marshall. For nearly 40 years they have been caring for the elderly. It’s their passion and you'll find them actively involved with the daily operation of the hive.

At Bee Hive Homes we take pride in helping new residents successfully adapt to their new homes. No matter the level of independence, all needs are met. We believe that only by us taking the time to get to know your loved one is it truly possible to provide the quality care that they need. We discover what they like to do, what their capabilities allow, and welcome their contribution to our community.
While our staff ensures that things run smoothly, they recognize the importance of the residents’ opportunities to function at their highest ability. Whatever their passion was in life, we encourage them to continue this at our facility. We do not want to replace what they're used to. We do not want to replace what they're used to. With this in mind, our staff offers the option to allow residents to take part in life's daily chores if they so desire. From setting the table for meals, helping with dishes or assisting with laundry, these simple tasks often provide residents with a sense of satisfaction, ownership and control over their lives.

We've invested in technology to put your loved one's care data at your finger tips. Using password protected and secured Blue Step software you can elect to remotely access their medical records and reports on mental, physical and emotional health. This state-of-the-art system also helps state inspectors ensure compliance to legislated guidelines and provide doctors with thorough, reliable patient information.
